I was unlucky and had to claim on my insurance. My advisor was very helpful and friendly and they rescheduled my flights with no issue. Accommodation and other costs refunded less than 2 weeks later. I'd definitely recommend 1 cover and will use them again.

My husband and I bought joint, comprehensive insurance for 5 week overseas holiday with multiple destinations.
Before buying, I researched a number of Insurance companies and chose 1Cover because it was easy to get; reasonably priced; provided comprehensive cover; gave polite and prompt communication.

I needed full cover for the Russian Far East and Arctic including emergency evacuation. 1Cover were able to provide without any fuss and at rates that no on else could compete with. They have a fast, straightforward online process and good follow up. Will definitely use them again.

We carried out a lot of shopping around for value for money for travel insurance . When we called 1 cover after seeing their prices on line we thought great affordable and had everything covered .Administration was very quick by email we were very happy.Thankfully everything went well and we didn't need to make a claim nothing lost stolen or otherwise. Very simple website and easy to use. The policies are well explained and easy to compare. I have used 1Cover several times for Overseas Travel Insurance and always found them to be very competitive in the pricing and comprehensive in the wording of the options.

when you need travel insurance that is fast, easy and cost effective. 1 Cover has it all. although I have never had to claim I can not comment on that side of things. But getting travel insurance was easy. have used them a couple of times and has always been cheap and easy to use.

I was in bali recently during the possible eruption of MT Agung volcano. I emailed 1cover to ensure my policy covered this particular natural disaster. We had a few glitches getting to Bali mid September with a cancelled flight from Wellington to connect to Auckland and a flight that had to turn back 90 minutes in. I had called for advice after the first glitch and although we didn't need to claim anything it was reassuring to talk to someone. At least we missed the potential volcano issues
