My husband had a pre-existing lung condition for which we did not expect coverage. 1Cover were most helpful and guided us through the process for insuring him for all things other than that condition. I would recommend them for the simplicity of getting the insurance and their helpfulness with slightly 'out-of-the-box' requirements.

We have used 1 cover for the past 4 overseas trips we have done. We find 1 cover value for money and easy to obtain. Although we have had no claims, a close relative has and I was amazed how efficiently and hassle free the claim process was. Well recommend 1 cover.

Had two quotes from the company a week or two apart the second quote was much more expensive, I found this hard to understand but apart from that I would recommend this company.

We have made four inquires resulting in three claims over our three years of overland travel. In all cases and in all countries responses were quick, clear, informative, friendly and helpful. Resolution was well explained and fair. Overall we felt that we had a "get out of jail for free" card that we could rely on for when the going got tough and we were a long way from home.

We have been impressed by the overall efficiency of the team. When we decided to extend our travel we had no problem with extending our insurance and when we had to make a claim it was quickly attended to. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Haven't had to claim so not sure what this is like. Had to change the dates we were leaving and this was no problem at all and was dealt with immediately. 2nd time we have used 1Cover and has been easy both times. Yet to claim so not sure how that rates.
