Prior to a friends recommendation I always used *another* insurance provider but never again. We have used this year alone for holidays to both Fiji & Bali with many more still to come.

Didnt have to use this this time which was good as had previous experience where I had to pay up front for the medical service when informed by your call centre that I would not have to pay upfront as this medical centre bulk billed, so was not too happy.

Very easy online cover to set up to help with your overseas travel for peace of mind. Rental companies rip people off charging double for Insurance where the travel Insurance covers everything. I felt very safe and secure on holiday knowing 1cover had my back and very affordable. I also extended my trip and i received an email from 1cover to extend my cover and i did only cost me $10 dollars. And it was so easy to do using my mobile phone. Would definitely recommend 1cover Insurance to anyone.

The most recent cover was purchased alongside a previous cover. While we had to claim against the earlier cover no claim was required with the more recent cover. Peace of mind knowing I was covered and that I had a good previous experience made travel worry free.

You will see from your records that myself and my wife have used 1Cover for quite a few trips now. At age 80, and still fit, I appreciate getting reasonable travel insurance. Having made no claims, it is difficult to give a customer experience score. What would be good for a regular customer with no claims would be some sort of discount on premiums. In the next week or two we will be coming back to you for a new cover for upcoming travel.

This was the first time I’ve needed to make a claim on travel insurance on a recent trip made to Australia. A major ‘ding’ with a rental car would have meant I was looking at having to pay the excess of up to A$4000. How glad I was to have taken out travel insurance with 1Cover including rental car excess. A representative at 1Cover handled the claim promptly and efficiently, once she had all the information she required. Definitely using 1Cover again for future travel.
