After taking out the policy, I had to declare an addiitonal condition because of an unexpected event. Dealings were courteous and informative and I was relieved that I did not have to alter my cover as a result; I also now know how to handle this change in any subsequent applications.

Great prices and very easy sign up. I had an airline lose all my ski gear. Phone assistance was great and 1Cover came through for me on the claim for rental cover. They are the only company to cover off piste inside ski boundary. Highly recommended. I would only use them. Well done 1Cover ....thank you.

Always been confident when travelling, we ride motorcycles and we have never been denied cover. We have travelled on 5 occasions on motorcycles and whilst we have never had to make a claim, it is great to know that if something went wrong we were covered.

We had to utilise the travel insurance while we were in the USA with a sick child who we had to take to hospital. Nothing major but we got on the phone from the hospital and were given all the information we required and they followed up over the next few days checking on how she was. We even made the claim while still on holiday. Excellent service, quick, clear and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Luckily don't have to claim, but travel insurance is so essential for all travelers no matter if you are traveling near or far. Peace of mind and also allow you to enjoy more activities without worrying too much if you get hurt or sick along the way.

Great way to organise travel insurance. Comprehensive cover and the annual option is very handy if you travel a lot as we do.
Haven't (as yet) had to test how good they are at settling claims though.

I bought this last minute as thought we would be adequately covered by our credit card travel insurance. However once I read the fine print I realised we weren’t covered for any cancellations prior to travel! We had chicken pox going around school so was a bit worried. Bought 1 Cover policy then rang to confirm that cover was from the day we purchased it, which was a relief. Thankfully we didn’t have to claim but felt so much better having a comprehensive policy with cancellation covered. Will never rely on credit card insurance again!
