Great service. Both my husband and I have had cancer and we were given the option of taking this out of the policy and keeping the premiums the same or including it for a small increase. It was quick and simple. We appreciated the reminder to renew our insurance if we were prolonging our holiday, something that has happened in the past. Thankfully we did not need to claim for anything this time but I am sure that too would have been quick and easy.

Travel insurance is a must have, so when looking for travel insurance, the requirements are - comprehensive cover with no fish hooks, we didn't have to claim for anything, but hopefully our coverage was adequate.

Easy to purchase 1Cover insurance online and having the confidence that we were covered for everything especially when taking extra children along as well as our own. Over the years we have used 1Cover have never had to claim but knowing we were covered is peace of mind.

1st Cover was easy to purchase from online with good communication and competitive price. Fortunately I did not need to claim so I can't rate claims. I shall purchase my future travel insurance from 1st Cover.

Very pleasantly surprised at the ease of buying travel insurance.
Questions for pre existing conditions more inclusive and accepting of long standing, medicated conditions.
Have health insurance with a major provider I have regular check ups and seek second opinions if any doubts however this means I am more aware of any potential health issues/concerns. I am then obliged to declare any “known” issues which works against those of us who spend the money to keep on top of our health.
This was not as discriminating with one cover.

This is my second overseas trip that I have used 1Cover insurance for my daughter and myself for overseas holidays and although thankfully we had no reason to claim it was comforting to know that we were covered in any emergency.
