Your Web page is easy to use compared to others.Your cost is in the middle range. I also rang to see if I was covered for the trip I did and your consultant gave me a quote at that time which was a few weeks before I purchased the policy.Both the quote and the purchase where the same,thats great when that happens.Cheers David

We have used 1cover a number of times now finding them best value insurers. Unfortunately our last holiday had to be cancelled. It did take time and effort to fill in the required forms for a refund but we're happy to say that we had a full refund within a very short time. We will be using them for our next holiday travel.

No claims so can only assume claims service will be as good as the sales. Purchase was easy on line and a better price than the opposition with good lower budget options for a long trip. The web site and followup digital service was great, as we stayed longer than intended, somehow you knew, and reminded us to extend. Extension was easy on-line from overseas and also at a sensible price. Full marks. We will be back. We'll be living for a longer period overseas and hope medical cover will prove our confidence is well placed.

I spent a good half hour with the car rental company representative trying to determine whether the rental vehicle cover in the insurance policy was sufficient to cover any excess that I would incur if I had an accident with the car. We both gave up and crossed our fingers and, fortunately, no accidents occurred. A plain English list of what's covered in the policy is needed.

I have been using 1Cover for many years. They are my "go to" for travel insurance. The first company I think of when I need travel insurance. Thankfully I have not claimed but my brother has and it was a seamless experience.

My partner and I have used 1Cover as our preferred travel insurer several times now. We pay for all our travel with our Platinum credit card which includes comprehensive travel insurance. This is fine if you do not have any pre-existing medical conditions.

The travel insurance was the cheapest and covered car rental excess which was a real bonus. I did not have to make a claim so can't really comment on how good this insurance company is.

Agent spoken on phone was very helpful and recommended appropriate cover for myself and husband who was traveling separately. When we had health concern prior to travel and were uncertain as to status we were reassured that should we not be able to travel it would be covered giving us peace of mind.
