My "free" credit card cover rejected because of pre existing conditions. Spoke with 1Cover, completed questionnaire and was accepted with only a $63 additional loading. Much appreciated and would recommend 1Cover.

In Vietnam, broke ankle. Case manager 10/10, was fantastic, supported me, understood my needs. A different consultant responded to messages at one stage and upset me immensely (re email sent 25 April and conversation I had with him), wanted me to contact my airline myself. Thank goodness the case manager came back and sorted me out esp my travel arrangements out for me and my escort friend. Air flights and airport treatment A+ Overall a big thanks 1Cover. Limiting motorcycle cover to 50cc is too restricting, cover up to 200cc on a standard license would be better.

I had free insurance with my bank as I paid with my Visa, but because I had pre existing conditions, they were going to charge me $100 before even talking to me. 1Cover were far cheaper, much easier to deal with and the person I talked to was so nice - even wished me a happy holiday! Great company.

Have used 1Cover at least once or twice a year for many years now. They are easy to communicate with, very helpful, I feel comfortable with the cover I receive and I did have to do a claim last year due to an accident and they were so helpful and made things quite straight forward. About to book insurance again next week. Would and have recommended them to many.

I've just learnt some travel ins companies charge the $100 excess for each part of a claim made not $100 excess for the entire claim. Now I am aware of this I will certainly be checking before purchase. As yet I haven't examined 1Covers policy - but hope this isn't the case. This is an important detail that needs to be shown right up front - not hidden away in the fine print.

I always use ICover for Travel Insurance because with them I know I am safe. On our latest trip I needed emergency hospitalisation, and also lost a hearing aid. They covered both claims with compassion beyond the call of duty. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Great experience with 1Cover, dealt with a few different people doing a claim in relation to a broken iPhone. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and efficient in getting back to me. I have never had to claim but it is great peace of mind to know that you are there if we need you.I have always found your website easy to use and no problems with any bookings.I use you to cover the pesky car insurance rip off that we usually get when traveling. We have used ! Cover for our recent holidays, and have found them very fairly priced for the amount of countries we visit.
