I have used 1 Cover since 2012 when I did a big trip to the USA. I have traveled every 18 months since and 1 Cover is my first choice for travel insurance. You can get an online quote (good rates) and order online too. It is so easy and hassle free. I have not had to make a claim so cannot comment there.

Now let's be honest, who doesn't have a sore back or previously seen a doctor for something chronic which is not completely curable? If you declare "no previous medical history" the chances are your insurance will not be valid by the time you have to claim it. 1Cover however look after that for you - it covers most common (everyday) chronic problem, and even for something slightly less common, as long as your condition is stable they will cover it with a small surcharge. I have a stable but slightly more problematic chronic condition which requires specialist review every 6 months, but because the condition is stable, they cover it. It's a great peace of mind, even just hopping across Tasmin to Australia!

I have received wonderful service. I was in Bali recently I received an email asking if I need to extend my policy, I wouldn't have thought of it if something had had happened.
I have just bought my policy for my trip to Sydney in. Couple of weeks, so easy , and again I couldn't complain about the service an communication I have reception.

As a couple in their late 60's we were very worried about covering our pre-existing conditions.We need not have worried, as the very smart 1Cover website made it very easy to get our quote covering these. Didn't need to claim thank goodness but my son did on a trip to Thailand when three Brits attacked him from behind on the beach and the insurance paid up to fix up his face in hospital immediately.

I was really happy with their service. Had taken domestic insurance for rental car excess. I had to replace the rental car key.
The online claim was very easy and got my money within a day! Definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic easy experience where the operator was very knowledgeable and helpful. We felt we were well taken care of when purchasing this policy, catering for what we felt was our 'every day needs'. Glad we didn't need to use the policy, that was a great bonus. Probably not, because buying the insurance was online and simple, but not involving much customer service. However lodging a claim, and its processing, was super easy and the interactions I had were fast, simple and positive. I'll be back!!

Great customer service after speaking with a representative (Aaron) about renewing my insurance who tried to help me as best he could.
Unfortunately I was late renewing my policy by 1 day and so I had to change it to an Already Overseas even after I had spent a large sum of money on a years travel insurance with no claims. Doesn’t seem very fair as it means my excess is more and my policy was more expensive by over $100.
