Unfortunately I have recently had to make a claim on my overseas insurance cover after a small procedure in a Thailand hospital. Fortunately I had adequate cover on my policy. The staff I communicated with during my claim process where very helpful and patient (I had to resend some of my documentation because my camera was blurring the writing). The claim was sorted with out drama or ducking and weaving from the claims department. Many thanks for a painless process. Good job.

I have just had a claim with 1Cover settled quickly and easily. Very happy with the way they got back to me so quickly and processed my claim, for a very painful circumstance, quickly and kindly.

I have used 1 Cover Insurance a number of times over the years. Thankfully I have not needed to claim but a couple of years ago I was travelling with my sister in-law in the US, she unfortunately got sick and was briefly hospitalised, when we got back I asked her how did her claim go, she said everything went through without any problems, I was so happy for her as I recommended 1 Cover.

I was easily able to understand what I was covered for in big print (rather than obscure small print that you have to try and work out). This is not so with other insurers, I was able to alter the insurance policy when we were in transit when we decided to travel to another country. All in all it was an easy decision

I went to Samoa to the island of Upolo for seven days. I did leave getting travel insurance till late.1Cover was quick and easy (online) and conformation of the policy very quick, with contact details when required. I can honestly say I did not have to activate any part of insurance policy, but knowing it was available at any was comforting. Funny I got stung by a hornet, completely different to our New Zealand wasp, horrible looking things, but most of all I drove around the Island a lot dodging all manner of animals that crossed the road, including people.

I had a claim with 1Cover in 2018 after breaking my ankle in Morocco.
Though there were communication issues to overcome (Arabic language) it worked out well in the end and 1Cover paid out without hassles.

Everything was great to set-up but when we needed to check something when picking up rental car (as to whether comprehensive cover covered 3rd party insurance) we couldn’t get through which was disappointing.

The only small thing is a posted hard copy of our policy would have been great as we have no printer to print the email, otherwise thanks again all good!
