No, you cannot apply for cover for a medical condition once you have left home. When you are booking cover you will be asked to complete an online medical assessment. Once you have completed your medical assessment online, you will find out immediately whether we are able to offer you cover, and if so, on what terms. You will then be given the option to purchase your policy.
You must apply for cover for any other pre-existing medical condition(s) not on our automatically covered list, even if you no longer receive treatment for them and you do not require any additional cover. You can find the list of automatically covered conditions here.
