Travelled to Samoa and there were multiple delays with Samoa Airways which meant additional expenses eek!
I have never had to make a travel insurance claim before but Keanu was helpful and supportive - especially since it was a struggle to get relevant documentation from the airline to support my claim.
I have always used 1 Cover because their prices and what they cover is very competitive but after this experience it will be hard to go anywhere else when this company offers such exceptional service. Thanks Keanu and thanks 1 Cover!

Didn't have to do much. The quote i got was very fast and all i had to do was read the quote and if I was satisfied i just had to pay for it. It was awesome thank you very much Willie Dombroski

Booking is exceptionally easy, either on-line or by phone. Clear and concise and when I needed to call to ask a question the staff were so friendly and helpful, with clear explanations. I would never go anywhere else for my travel insurance.

Last year while on a family cruise in America my husband went into heart failure. 1 Cover were so helpful and everything so straight forward. We felt they went over and above the call of duty. We decided to go visit our family in Switzerland again this year and inspite of our problems last year they were very happy to insure us again ( at a cost of course! )and the same good service was received. I can thoroughly recommend 1 Cover.

Having confidence in a company that they will deliver when you are in trouble. I've had to use my insurance after an accident on another trip, knowing that they are actually there if you need them is a bit part of having a great holiday

Travel Insurance is a must - but at this point in time it will not be of any benefit to us if our overseas trip for which we have already paid $40000 is cancelled because of Coronavirus :(

I have been using one cover for some years now and always received excellent service both on line and over the phone.
I have only had one claim and it was handled with speed and courtesy.

I have a medical condition and most of the travel insurance companies would automatically decline to insure my condition including 1Cover. I have always use this company in the past and now since 1Cover are covering my condition, it's a bonus for me! I will still continue to use them.
