How Do I Purchase A Policy If I Am Already Overseas?

If you have not purchased your travel insurance before your trip, we offer the Already Overseas policy to Australian residents. This policy offers cover for the rest of your trip and journey home.

This is not a policy for expatriates and it has the following conditions:
- there’s a 72 hour waiting period,
- there’s no cover for pre-existing medical conditions,  (unless your condition is automatically covered),
- you need to return back to New Zealand; and
- the policy ends when you reach New Zealand immigration

This policy can either be purchased online, or you can contact us and call or email our friendly suppport team.
