What If I lose an item that isn't mine?

The item must be owned by you and you must have proof of purchase if you'd like to make a claim for an item.

You must give us any information we reasonably ask to support your claim at your expense, such as but not limited to police reports, valuations, detailed repair quote from an authorised repairer, original receipts or proof of purchase and ownership.

You will need to show evidence for all expenses that you are claiming. If required, we may ask you to provide us with translations into English of any such documents to enable us to consider your claim.
